Please advise your browser type and version, as well as your operating system. Some people have reported this problem on older versions of Firefox on Windows operating systems (both XP and Vista). By knowing what kind of browser and system you are running, it can sometimes be easier to offer suggestive fixes

I was having the same problem (fully updated XP and Firefox) however, I just checked and it's working fine for me now! :D

The last time I tried was just after the site update, but no luck.

I don't believe anything's changed at my end, except a couple of Firefox minor releases, but whatever it was, I'm glad it's back!

Thanks for the update, Ron. Glad it worked out. Wish I knew what it is.

I wish I could shed some light on the cause. All that's changed on my system has been a few MS security patches, and Firefox has gone from 3.0.1 to 3.0.4 (soon to be 3.0.5)

I would have said FF was the issue if it wasn't for the fact that some others didn't have any problems.

JJ - did you try the suggestion in the thread I linked to in my earlier post (about reinstalling Flash)? It didn't help me at the time, but something has definitely changed since then, so I guess it's worth a shot.

Oh, I would also try clearing your browser cache as well.

Good luck!

The Jam Station loads empty with Firefox. Loads fine with IE. All my programs are updated.

Cool site Jon :)

One of our instructors, Nick Marchant, has this bug. I can't reproduce this bug at all. So I had Nick test it, and made all sorts of changes to try to isolate what the problem is.

I think the problem has something to do with the file list. We now have over 200 jam files, and the list just doesn't seem to load correctly with certain firefox installs.

I would be curious if Ron F did anything unusual to his Firefox install before the problem fixed itself.

I had actually given up trying to get it to work, and just happened to check it again out of curiosity. All I can tell you is that I automatically get microsoft patches, and as I said in an earlier post Firefox had automatically updated. Other than those things I'm not aware of anything I did that could have caused Jam Station to start working again.

Sorry! :D
