You have to practice putting different pressure on the two strings, with two fingers...
I think you can listen to the great Jerry DONAHUE, he is totally awesome...
I think there are some tricks too, where you can try and copy those bends.. I think you should start by copying B-bender style bends (one note goes up, the other stays in tune) they are far more effective than two notes bends... There's a trick that goes 'you wannabe a hellecaster' that I have posted, and you can try to play it...

Really you might want to slap a b-bender on your guitar,
like Will Ray and Donahue.
It is alot easer to get the double bends when useing,
a b-bender .
Even James H from Metallica use's a b-bender setup on,
his on stage tele.
Also Will ray use's a Stealth slide setup on his guitar.
Some of these bends are almost impossible to do clean with-out,uesing a b-bender for double bends.
I've been useing a b-bender since the 1980s its also,very
good for useing in jazz licks chords ect.
The B-bender can be used in blues or any style not just country.I will admit some b-bender licks can be done,
without the b-bender but alot can/t.
The first b-bender was first used by Clarence White & Gene parsons,in the late 60s it was a sneakie little thing,
used in the studio's by alot of Nashville guitarists.
Then in the early 80s it came out of hideing because ,
of some guitarists started useing it on stage.
The (Parsons-white b-bender was the first b-bender where,
you have it installed in-side the back of,your guitar.
Then to activate it you pull-down on your guitar strap.
Will Ray had one made by (Hipshot like the one i use,
which don/t deface your guitar. You can use your hip,
to activate a bar that sticks out by pushing against it,
with your hip.I also forgot to mention the (Eagles also,
used a b-bender on peaceful easy feeling plus,
countless other guitarists like Jimmy page.ect ect
Mark
Check-out the (Parson-White b-bender web page,or
the Hipshot b-bender web page to find out more about them!

A b-bender is a device that you add to your guitar,
so you can get those multiple Double bends.
Its designed to raise the pitch of the B string a whole,
step or a freted note on the B string a whole step.
If you check out the URL i added in my first reply you,
can find out more about it.
Also check out the Hipshot site or the parsons-white site.
I think the string bender site has samples you can play,
to hear what it dos.....................
