Does anyone have any drills to help you get faster finger movement between chords?

that's what I use with my students
Try to play a chord, every bar, (play to a metronome) choose two chords that you are supposed to play in a song (for exemple, C and Am)
Try switching between these two, your target is every 1 in the bar!!
Then, try to change chords every three, then two, then every click...

Try doing a basic scale...if you don't know what one is...go to a music store and buy a basics book. It should show you scales and basic chords. Basic scales not only help with speedier movement of your fingers but, give you your first introduction into leads. If you can't find it in a book try a few begginers guitar sites. I'm sure there are plenty of them out there. Just look up basic guitar scale. Remember practice makes perfect. It really does!
Practice...Practice...PRACTICE!!!! It really does make perfect. :)
