I can never get the Jam player to load. I've tried re-installing the flash player but it's the same everytime, like it just quits right in the middle. Anyone else have this problem?

With Firefox I have the problem but not IE. Which browser are you using?

It works for me in both IE and Firefox.

When you re-installed flash, did you use the flash uninstaller first?

It is a weird step, but it often is necessary.

Please try it (both of you please, it will really help to have to two) and let us know.

Followed link, uninstalled Flash. Confirmed that by trying to load the Jam Station and it forced me to install flash again. Did that and then restarted Firefox. Still only loads the interface but no content.

I'm running 2.0.0.16 of Firefox due to some incompatibilities with Firefox 3.

Thanks for going thru all that.

What happens when you click the style buttons on the interface?

Kinda joining this late in the conversation but figured I'd let ya know I'm not having any problems loading the player on my end.
All the buttons, player and sound are working great using Safari or Firefox.

If it helps to know, I'm having the same problem using Firefox 3.0.1

I followed the recommended steps to reinstall the Flash player.

The screenshot above is exactly how it looks for me.

Works fine in IE7 (except I don't really want to use IE7 :) )

I'm an XP user as well. Jam tool doesn't work for me in FF. Does work in IE but I hate switching to IE every time I need to jam.

Thanks in advance for fixing the issue.

I can't find a computer that has the problem. I have checked on two XP machines and both work fine.

I'll keep looking.

Question for those experiencing the problem:

do you have any firefox extensions running or browser toolbars/plugins? google toolbar? yahoo? etc?

thanks.

Definitely no toolbars or similar. I haven't anything other than the plugins most would have - RealPlayer, Acrobat etc.

I disabled them all (except Flash) but still no success.

Kinda late in the conversation again but I tried the Jam tool on my Pentium using Windows Vista and it works fine.

I tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer and there wasn't any problem.
