Videos continuously buffering

Hey people, just wondering if anyone is experiencing the same as me. Whenever I click to play a video it plays about 3 seconds then pauses while it continues to buffer, then plays for a few more seconds...

It has only started doing this recently. I've tried reinstalling flash, rebooting comp and router, changing from wireless to ethernet, moving the router closer to comp, nothing seems to solve it. If it's any help, I'm using an iMac and a BT homehub router.

Hi Neil,
Sounds like your connection. Are there certain times of the day or night when the video loads faster? I pay extra for the fastest that the cable company has to offer and still have the problem you've mentioned. Also: If someone else is accessing the same lesson you are at the same time you are: that can slow things down as well. Take care Neil.
