You could try to get a prepaid Visa or MasterCard and use that for membership fees. You can find them pretty much anywhere. The activation fee is robbery (I think it's like $12.00 or so) but once you have the card you can keep "loading" money on it. It works sort of like a gift card.

I think if you check the membership page there's an option to pay by cheque or money order.
