Anyways, I've found myself becoming an acoustic-instrumental nut. After learning Bron Yr Aur, I've been hooked. So, I'm looking for other inspiration elsewhere. I've already started learning "Little Martha" by Duane Allman. Its not all that hard, but theres a few parts that are throwing me for a loop. Its an absolutely joyous song. If you haven't heard it, you must. Once I get my new good acoustic, I will lay down a version, but theres some bar chords in there that I can't play on my current gear. Just can't get all the strings down.
Anyways my list just basically consists of Bron Yr Aur (by Zep) and Little Martha (by Duane Allman) thus far.
I want more! Especially by people who typically play rock music but played an acoustic number.
Suggestions? What are your favorites?
I look forward to hearing.
Let your soul shine. Its better than sunshine. Its better than moonshine. Damn sure better than rain.
