Could you put an ibanez RG1527 neck on an S Series S7320 body? because i need 24 frets and S series bodies are so nice.

I checked and the neck on the rg is 3 mm wider at the 24th fret than the s series am i screwed?

I think you're SOL on this one. The scale lengths won't match up.

I've seen what happens when people try to cram a neck into a neck pocket that it's not designed for..... Large cracks. Don't forget that wood swells. I've seen a guy that heated up his body and froze a neck to fit the neck into a neck pocket... he thought it was brilliant... I told him wait about 6 hours.

6 hours passed and the body began to shrink to the normal size while the neck began to warm up.... Crack.... almost all the way down the back of the body.

Like LATS said... you're SOL on that one...

They don't make an S series with 24 frets?? That's really odd... I like those guitars though... really smooth looking. Except when I played one I felt like I wasn't even playing anything... they're so thin and light...
