A dilemma

First off, I didn't know where to put this; I hope open discussion is okay.

We Greasy Knots have decided to try and cover a Dresden Dolls song, because we really like them. For those of you who don't know, the Dresden Dolls are a piano/drums duo, so it goes without saying that any attempt at playing their songs would take a bit of figuring out.

The song we want to play is called "Gravity." I've been working on figuring out how to play it on guitar for about an hour now. I think I've got it more or less done.....except for the chorus. For the life of me, I cannot figure out what chords are being played in the chorus.

If you are skilled in the art of figuring out guitar parts by ear, I'd appreciate it if you could download the song and help me out.

The chorus is the part that goes necks are cracking sideways/hit me from the back side etc.
