So... today was my last day of turkey farming. I told you about this some time ago, hoping one of my GT "friends" would remember and I would return from work to a bustling GT thread celebrating this fine occasion, but I did not. Tonja was the only one who remembered. She left me a myspace comment, but it's just not the same as an all-out GT jamboree.

*sigh*

Oh well. I invite you all to celebrate with me nonetheless. Here is an artist's rendition of what it was like at the end of my work day:

Happy Turkey Liberation Day. There's only like an hour and a half left, so make it count.

And try harder next year, for heaven's sake. :)

I've had some pretty horrible jobs in my time, so have a good understanding of how this one must have been.

Congratulations.... Happy Earthman Liberation Day!

Finally your working days are done. Just in time for Luke to go to Texas so we can miss the next two weeks of practice. ****, know what I just realized? When he gets back, it will be October. That gives us -AT THE MOST- five more practices before the show. Well, um...yep. That should be nice.
You go outside and practice screaming. We'll play music while you're gone.

Probably didn't use any miracle whip did you?....DID YOU?!
Don't come complaining if you were the one who didn't use miracle whip.

Happy liberating Brendan (sp?) from the damn dirty turkeys day!!!
For life is quite absurd and death's the final word, You must always face the curtain with a bow
Forget about your sin - give the audience a grin
Enjoy it - it's your last chance anyhow.
