Damn. I only got 109. I got annoyed throughout the knowledge parts because i obviously don't have too much life learning yet. I just started clicking at random through the trivia (the things you had to know, not the puzzles or figuring out crap.)

ive taken a few of these online tests before for kicks and the results have been pretty consistent i must say...

I'm skeptical of any IQ test that wastes your time with trivia questions.

I agree with MagicNinja. Membership seems a pretty big waste.

If the members of this little club were so bright they would actually have a life instead of spending their time and money on such freely-available-elsewhere crap.

Real IQ is measured when your still an infant. Its Mental age divided by Chronical age. And multiplied my 100. This is just a "See how well you can memorize a shape in 90 seconds" test. :rolleyes:

Yeah. alucard is right. Your age must be known to truely measure your IQ... and most IQ testing is done when a child is between the age of 4 and 9. Age is important to an IQ test because the younger you are, the more impressionable your mind is... As we get older our minds slowly begin to lose th ability to grasp new concepts... Hence why old people can't figure out new technology... like how your mom and dad don't know how to work the DVD player or work an internet search engine. Young minds have the ability to grasp concepts faster because the brain tissue is constantly in growth... and can be stimulated much easier. Normally IQ's go down with age... Throughout the years people tend to gain more knowledge... but the IQ test isn't meant to measure how much you know about something... It's suppose to measeure your ability to use logical reasoning skills, solve problems that aren't common... mainly to use the parts of the brain that aren't used when you have to memorize 20 vocabulary words for an English test... People with high IQ's are different from people that get good grades in school. Take me for example... I was a C/B student... took my SAT's... got a 1310... which my counselor thought was strange for a B/C student to get that high of a score... They accused me of cheating... made me do it again... Only this time I studied...... got a 1390. They gave me an IQ test... administered for free by the SAT people... turns out my IQ is 155... weird... Too bad I'm too lazy to do anything about it. I have a little plaque and everything that they sent me afterwards... it's in the bottom drawer of my dresser...

118 is still high intellegence with this test. With normal IQ test, genious level is like 160 I think, with this one it's apparently 124.

I've taken others and usually score in the 140-150 range, which is pretty consistant with this test.

I got a 119 and agree with other people that a lot of them questions had nothing to do with IQ. Only in America would trivia count. :rolleyes: But I took a professional one and got a 132, and I've taken other online ones and gotten around the same score.

meh i find it amusing not to know my iq isnt lower than 80...cos that too will be amusing...and im pretty sure them shape thingies werent for me...i just went with anything that made me trip..ah well...

Man, way too many people still need to read this book.

I think it is a pretty good test. I have been on few testings myself, beeing a promising child...Did them way above average. And then I started drinking, meeting girls and playing... And decided it was more fun that way. My kid brother is to become a doctor... Ah, well, every family has their black sheep. ;)
P. S. As for the results, bare in mind that english is not my native tongue, so I didn"t quite understand few questions. (the triangle stuff???)
