Happy beer and bombs day.

That doesn't sound very safe, does it.

Well I had an awsome 4th. Me and some friends went to a fireworks show at a nearby school, very nice finale. Then we went back to one of my friends house to lite off what we had (shown in the pic haha.) After 10 seconds of starting, my friend lite a display missle that fell over and launched twards the bins of fireworks, after it blew up on top of them..I don;t know how they all didn' go up right there. Then after a little while a repeate cake fell over and I got nailed in the thigh with a "projectile" and fled as it blew up next to me. So after a little while of explosions and shows of light, we were pretty much done when my friends sister said the cops were there. So we cleaned up all the garbage from the fireworks in about 20 seconds and hid the leftovers in the woods.....Then turns out it was just the neighbor liting off blue strobes. It was probably the best way to clean up all that trash though. But all in all it was a great 4th. My moms BBQ-ing was tasty as well.

Ps...Thats not me in the pic

I didn't do anything for the fourth. I neither saw nor heard any fireworks, which is funny becuase I can watch them from my bedroom window three feet away from here.

I went to Ozzfest which I must say wasn't as bad as I thought. Dragonforce was ok and Ozzy for only doing a few shows this year showed up and finished off the second stage. Hatebreed blew as did Avenged Sevenfold so I slept a little. After that I got myself together and moshed to some Disturbed and then rocked out with my son to System of a Down. Except for the sunburn it was a blast.

I'm pretty sure I'd like to see Marcos mosh. Shoulder mosh or hardcore dance?
I really wanna go to Ozzfest but I need to fnd someone to go along with. All my friends are going to Warped instead and I wanna go to both.

Well it's been raining off and on since Sunday here, causing Galveston to postpone the city sponsored fireworks, which are usually pretty decent. We did a few ourselves Monday night, but just watched the Houston show on tv last night. They had Los Lonely Boys there and supposedly the largest fireworks show in the U.S (there were so many at times you couldn't see the proceeding ones from all the smoke). I'm sure the tv did neither much justice, but oh well.

Hardcore dance? Like walking in circles and thrashing your arms? NO. I'm talking do damage to someone before you get damage done. My nose bled for like two seconds but nothing worse. There were some really messed up people. Guys Limping, broken noses, puffy eyes, etc. We are considerate here in Albuquerque though. If you fall we'll pick you up but other than that you better watch your ass. Good fun.

Not today!

I burnt my thumb on a firwork last night on my strumming hand. Its not that bad, but just have to use a pick right now (which is actually kind of annoying). I got wasted. It was fun.

Moshing sucks btw.

Lmao, thrashing your arms, that pretty much sums up hardcore dancing. I never do it, but its funny as hell to watch. But if people fall down the other moshers help them up or people standing around the pit do, like you said your fellow Albuquerque-ans do.
