i never really said id totally stop drinking....cos no way thats gonna happen...besides...i havent been drinking in ages...last night was like...after a month or so.. so im going good actually...been a areal tough week...i need a break ya know,,,things have been real hard...days without sleep and all...assignments...far out

aw man...i didn let u guys down now did i? well its not a way of solving my probbrums thats for sure..just wanted to relax after a loong time of hard arse work.. i thought id deserve it... but no way im gonna return to my old state...just too expensive..and uh.. tiring...at least i dont go mad now lol...

glad you're doing fine Jeffhx, no alcohol for me the coming time, even after 2,5 months I'm living in hell without my ex-girlfriend, right now if even one thing goes wrong I snap, just trying my hardest to keep my head up, meaning no alcohol

man we all have our issues dont we...im definitely keeping an eye on it..i dont wanna end like how id always get meself into..was listening to this gt3 jam, steve vai, malsteem and petrucci..and gawd..it was euphoric...but anyhoo...one bottle of liquor..actually have lasted me for 3 days...thats incredible...normally i wudve finished everything off in a day...but yeah thats an imrpovement for u guys!
