Kinda off topic but I figured I'd post it here just in case anybody else falls for this scam.

There's a place called "JENOVIA DIRECT" on eBay that's selling really cheap DVD's (50 of them for a very small price).

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

The first scam is they charge you over $150 for shipping charges.
The second rippoff is that the DVD's never arrive.

Even after dozens of email complaints and so called 'investigations', the DVD's still didn't arrive.

If you want you money back they won't refund your $150 shipping charges.
And after 60 days, eBay and PayPal won't intervene.

So basically I waited over 3 months listening to various excuses and got royally screwed.

I contacted other buyers who went through the same thing. Either they got no movies at all, or they got a box of really old cartoons like 'Rudolph' or old christmas movies from the 30's. with about 10 repeats of the same movies to make up the 50. (which actually turns out to be less than 35 movies)

http://cgi.ebay.com/50-DVD-TITLES-FACTORY-SEALED-ONLY-5-LOTS-OF-50-LEFT_W0QQitemZ9134492861QQcategoryZ46762QQcmdZViewItem

haha this is insane!
They do have a lot of good feedback though.... There is no way I would spend that much on unknown DVD titles. I bet that guy is making a killing.

Edit: Wait I'm checking through his feedback, and he seems to have a hell of a lot that say "thanks!!!!!!!!!!A++++++++++"
Do you think he's getting fake feedback somehow?

Wait, he's selling a whole lot of really cheap books.... which seems to be the majority of his sales

A few weeks ago my friend tried buying a streetbike of ebay. It went for around $4000. The kid transfered the money through western union because it said free shipping. Long story short, he never got a streetbike or his money back. I told the kid he is suppose to pay a few hundred online, and the rest when he goes to pick it up, but he fell for the free shipping scam. $4000, that really sucks.
"During this line, the kid acted like he was pushing buttons on a calculator in the air. The kid played ******* air-calculator!"
