My little brother Connor is a huge KISS fan, and I always make fun of him for it. Heā€™s always strutting around the house singing his godawful KISS lyrics. Today I noticed a KISS song he put on Media Player called ā€œTwo Sides of the Coin.ā€ I found it to be a hilarious title for a song, so at suppertime I asked him to sing it for me. He did, and I laughed my ass off. So I kept naming other KISS songs that I thought had funny names, and he would sing them. It was great fun. Then, all of a sudden, he burst out singing the phrase ā€œSilent Lucidityyyyy.ā€ He did it so falsetto-y I wasnā€™t exactly sure what he said.

Me: (laughing) ā€œWhat did you just say? ā€˜Silent Lucidityā€™?ā€
Connor: ā€œYeahā€¦.ā€
Me: ā€œThatā€™s lame! Is that a real song?ā€
Connor: ā€œYeah, but not a KISS song.ā€
Me: ā€œWell who sings it?ā€
Connor: ā€œI dunnoā€¦..Queensdouche or somethingā€¦.ā€

At this point I couldnā€™t contain my laughter.

Me: (pissing myself) ā€œYou mean Queensryche?ā€
Connor: ā€œI guessā€¦..ā€

Ha. Queensdouche.

Ha, how old is he?
For life is quite absurd and death's the final word, You must always face the curtain with a bow
Forget about your sin - give the audience a grin
Enjoy it - it's your last chance anyhow.

 ... I don't know what to say. I love Queensryche, they're one of my favourite metal bands. Operation:Mindcrime part II comes out this year!

Man, I would have killed to have seen them live when they were in their prime. Unfortunately, that was four years before I was born :(

If I may quote a few lines from "Do You Love Me?".....

You really like my limousine
You like the way the wheels roll
You like my seven inch leather heels
And goin' to all of the shows, but

Do you love me, do you love me
Do you love me, really love me

And that, good sir, is what is wrong with KISS. Also wrong is Paul Stanley's introduction to "Cold Gin":

"How many of y'all like the taste of ALCOHOL?"

Hahaha, maybe that's what the kid was rocking out to when he died. You can just imagine it, KISS blaring in the background, him snapping his arms to his sides and launching out the window, probably thinking "Gene would do it!!!"

My life goal hasn't been completed yet. Not since I saw the first time I saw this thread. Since that day I changed my life goal to rock myself to death.

That's an easily attainable goal, especially if you have a man-sized window and a trampoline bed.

That's always been my goal, but this isn't that thread. This is the "Queensdouche" thread. Somehow, they are linked.
