I like some, like to fool around with recording. So I like to put down a number of diffrent tracks, drums,Bass, guitar rythm, lead ,harmonica ( I suck at harmonica but I can play 3 chords) and what ever. I like to start fooling with a keyboard. But I would like keyboard to be inexpensive, sound great, and have at least 61 keys. I have been looking at a few that have a learn to play mode. I read music so I should be able to teach myself just to be dangerous. Any Suggestions??

Look at some of Yamaha's models. They have some fair priced keyboard I believe.
I am a constant evolving music machine. Oh Man, I just forgot what I was playing. Oh well, on to the next song.

I played this really cool digital piano at costco the other day, but it cost like $2000.. the cheapest ones I see on musician's friend are like $500.. that's a little more then I'd like to spend right now.

EDIT: wait, nevermind, those were the cheapest digital pianos I could find, as for keyboards, there is a 61-key yamaha for $95

I've got a Yamaha DGX-205 that cost me about $320 including the adapter. It's far from anything good, but it gets the job done when you're just learning.

Well I went to guitar center and got a Yamaha Psr 293 $199.00, sounds excelent. The others for under that price sounded really chinsy.
