High-Bandwidth membership

Hi all, i tried to post this in the NG section. Anyways i just had a few questions to ask. I have decided to subscribe to the HB membership and i was wondering about the video files that were there. Do they use WMP or is it in a small window like Quick in your internet browser?

Also is it a flat fee or do i have to pay per lesson or somesuch? I saw a $5 flatrate but i just have to make sure.

Lastly, when does the monthly billing cycle start? Is it on the exact date that i pay or is it on the first day of the month or what?

The Vid's play in your browser. Not sure about the player needed, but it's likely most people will have it or easy access to the download. Jon wouldn't want to put anybody out.

The billing is just 5$ a month.

The videos play in a flash player that's built into the site.
It's $5 a month and that's it...no extra costs.
Not sure about the billing cycle though. I'd assume it comes up on the day that you signed up.

When we started the videos, I was going to just WMP, but there were so many different versions acting differently, that I decided to go with flash video. This has been pretty successful, very few people have trouble playing the videos.

How does monthly credit card billing work?
High Bandwidth subscriptions are billed $5 monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Recurring account billing happens on the 5, 15th or 25th of the month, depending on when in the month you signed up.
Signup Rebill
1-10th 5th
11-20th 15th
21-31th 25th
When you cancel, your account expires a month after your last payment. In some cases, you will get a few extra days when you cancel.

What do we get for the $5.00.That may be a stupid question.I just came aboard and I'm still nosing around.

Quite a bit. Videos upon videos. Schmange's are worth the 5 alone. The cool stuff in the forum like a avatar and a self made title instead of plain ol' registered user. It's well worth it.
