I've been involved in a few collaborations here lately, and have really enjoyed doing them. My main focus on the guitar is rythm, so I enjoy doing the backing tracks, and let other people put lead to them. My only problem is, I can't arrange drums to save my life, and loops get boring. I also don't have a bass. I've tried pitch shifting a regular guitar playing the bass line, but it usually turns into crap.

So, here's what I'm looking for... Here in the near future, I'm going to be making another backing song that will feature Akira and Silentmusic on lead. I'm hoping I can get my part to sound along the lines of COB, KSE, etc... Something fairly heavey that will allow Akira and Silentmusic to really shred it up.

Once I get my part done, I would love to be able to send it to someone who could program a drum track and a bass track for it. If any of you would be interested I (and I'm sure Akira and Silentmusic) would really appreciate it. Just reply here or send me a PM.

I would like to give it a go. I have a Boss DR-880 and my GNX4 has a cool bass patch that I got from guitar3456. It sounds way better than the factory preset bass. Just email me the file at bigbuda@cableone.net
I am a constant evolving music machine. Oh Man, I just forgot what I was playing. Oh well, on to the next song.

I'll be glad to send you the file when I'm finished with it. I haven't even started on it yet, so it'll still be a good while before it's ready. I've got to come up with something to play first

Anytime. I think it's a pretty sweet idea as well. The most recent project PRS and Akira is pretty cool too.

I'm a regular whiz on Fruity Loops. If ever you want me to check something out send it my way.

Thanks for offering to help guys! I'll defanately be getting in touch with ya'll once I get the rythm part done. I'll probably send it to each of you (if you're still interested then) and see who can come up with the best and most realistic arrangement. Thanks again!

Hey when you do send us the file, you shold include the BPM, time sig, and key. It'll be a whole lot easier and won't take as much time.
