syke! dude, I passed my driver's test! I've got my license! well, I have a "temporary" license which is like a piece of paper, then they will send out my real license in 3-6 weeks. but I can still drive now!

$2.39/gallon at the safeway gas station right now, and I get an extra six cents off per gallon on sundays with my employee club card. it's been coming down 1-2 cents per day for a few weeks now. 2-3 weeks ago it was $2.70+

10 minutes in line. drove around to the startting point.. waited maybe 15 minutes, took the test which took maybe 10 minutes, waited in line another 10, and was done... it was about 45 minutes total
ahh the joys of being 16 and in college so that I can go at 11 am. plus, despite the tons of people there, people taking a driver's test have a seperate line, so it went quickly since only like 2 other people were taking their driver's test at 11 am on a tuesday

2.39 aint that bad. We're still in the 2.50s here. Everything is expensive in NY. Friggin liberals and their taxes on everything.... :mad:

You're lucky. In Virginia after we get out temporary license we have to go to court. They give you a little lecture, and a judge gives you your license.

Its only $1.90 over hear, US Gas has it the cheapest (watered down.........you know it is :D )

cause I'm just smart... no, I took a test, called the "california high school proficiency exam" or CHSPE for short. and basically, once you pass that it's basically the equivilent of getting a high school diploma. so then I started my first semester at a community college this august.
yes, I've had a busy year... 1) got a girlfriend, 2) got a driver's permit, 3) graduated high school, 4) started college, 5) turned 16, 6) got a job, 7) broke up with the girlfriend, 8) got my driver's license
my life is going by too fast... I hope 2006 doesn't go by this fast

Way to go man on the license dude. About the years going fast, trust me they will. Life's like a roll of toilet paper, it goes faster near the end.
