Got an RG350DX, took it to a tech to set it up as the action on the 1st-5th fret was un-barable (Spelling?)

Well, got it back now the action is all over the shop, high everywhere. So took it upon myself to have a crack at doing it myself. 1st i lowered the trem (1st things 1st) Now, the action is where i want it, but it buzzes on the Low E string all the way up the neck, i read that buzzing on frets 10-24 is caused by too low a trem. And frets 1-7 is caused by not enough neck bow. Is there a case where you can only lower the action a certain amount?

I dont really wanna take it back to the tech...again! lol hence me trying myself, is it possible to lower the trem and adjust the truss to counter act the buzzing?

Thanks in advance..

Eddy :)
