i saw SRV stage gear at guitargeek.com and i saw two tubescreamer line up. in doing so wont your sound turn muddy. or only 2 distortion peds will cause the muddy sound

Not at all. You could have 10 distortions and if they are set up right you can get any sound. A Tubescreamer is not so much a distortion as it is an overdrive. It adds more punch and tightness to your sound not so much the type of distortion that comes from say most combo amps.

I do this all the time with my Classic 50. I throw on an MXR ZW-44 overdrive infront of the dirty channel to tighten it up a bit and to give it some more grit. I've also ran that pedal infront of a metal zone to do the same thing with great results.
