Practice makes perfect. I'm sure people have broken things and people doing stuff like that. But if at first you don't succeed try try again. Plus stuff in videos is choreographed. mmm oreos.... so don't think they do that onstage to much. I've seen Zakk Wylde play with his mouth onstage and that one is probably doable. I wouldn't throw my guitar around even if I had the money to replace it.
