study blues solos. playing the blues is a very easy way to get good at soloing. you play what sounds right. and its easiest to learn to solo and improvise not playing by yourself, but with others. get a jam band together and just have fun. its the easiest way to get good at impov.

and a little trick- if you mess up, repeat the mess up at least once so that it doesnt seem like you messed up ;) allways works.
