school

so, many of you that have been on here for more then a month know that I just recently graduated high school... well, I start college tomorrow. ok, so I said that just to sound cool... what I mean is, I start community college tomorrow... I'm taking spanish, rock climbing (yes this school has rock climbing as a PE course!!! how cool is that, I can only imagine how strong my fingers are going to get and how it'll affect my guitar playing) and I'm trying to get into a beginning music class (which starts thursday) because it is a prerequisite to take the guitar classes that they have here... so, if I get that class, I'm coming here to get help on my homework. it's a basic music theory class. so, you guys should be able to help me if I need it. anyways.. so, who else is starting school this week?

I'm not, but I almost punched a pair of VTC students in the parking lot of a gas station today for driving like idiots then giving me the dirty look.

I moved in here (Central College) yesterday.

If by starting school you mean as a freshman then i'm not. I am starting school this weeek but as a junior. I hate freshmen :( :mad:

I wish I was starting school again. I remember all the really cool house parties the first few weeks whenever everyone moves back... Now I'll just get old and die.

I'm going to be a senior this year. I start school next Monday. If I don't get the classes I want (which tend to happen in small schools) I'm just going to take english. Thats all I need to graduate.

no, I meant starting the school year, not starting as a freshman... but, either way... I also hate freshmen, in high school, but, I'm kinda fond of freshmen in college... (only cause I am one... once I'm a sophomore, I'm sure I'll hate them too)

I'm a Sophomore...I have no hatred of freshman... especially the female ones.

How come everybody's going back so early?
I thought school didn't start untill after the long weekend in September.

Over here, it takes twice as long to learn half as much. Sorry, guys, just kidding. :p

I was in school once. I played football in home room with a cute chick that sit behind me. You know, the game where you fold up a sheet of paper into a triangle and hold your hands apart with your index fingers touching and your thumbs up like a goal post? Anyway, she would never let me bend over to pick up the football when it fell on the floor. Those were the days of miniskirts, oh yes, those were the days .......... ;)

I am a senior this year. So i pretty much rule the school. But in a town where the population is 363, the school tends to be pretty small. I only met a few freshman i can stand, the rest are punks. i am taking a beginners guitar class in music theory in highschool and an advanced class once a week after school, so its gonna be awesome.

I'm a Junior at Purdue in West Lafayette... It's nice to go to a big school... real nice... Especially when you're a local because you know a ton of people... Anyone in Indiana this Friday night we're having our annual Back To School bash! One of the biggest parties you will ever see. Me and a friend are opening up the party with a live performance... then we're gettin wasted! So if anyone (I know there won't be, but oh well...) is going to be within driving distance... it will be worth it. So far there are 127 girls coming and 22 guys.... I like the numbers!!! I love college... I'm never graduating... Van Wilder style. haha!
