Best clean drivers?

I m in the market for a couple of 12 inch drivers. The thing is that have to be clean machines. Im thinking of a Super reverb type clean speaker but in 12" form, and not a super reissue either...any suggestions?
WWSD? What would stevie do?

The usual upgrades in Super Reverbs were JBL's.
They work great but are really heavy so they add mega lbs to your speaker cabinet.
