yep, read the title, I found one used for $40 on craigslist. but I think I can weasel the guy down to $30 or $35. so, even though this pedal isn't made anymore, I was wondering if any of you have used it? from a review on harmony-central.com someone said it was pretty much a ds-1 with a little more bite. which is what I wanted, something in between a ds-1 and a mt-2... so, should I go for it... I need your replys asap since this is craigslist, not ebay, so if I don't jump on it now, it'll already be sold.

That's not enough money to worry about for too long. I reckon you'd get it back on ebay. I normally swap pedals rather than sell them, that way you don't need to worry about the money.... and you get a cool new toy (hopefully)

well, the only other pedal that I have is a multi-effects that cost me $200... well, it sells on musicians friend for $150... but I didn't know that when I got it at the shop... so, anyways, I can't make a trade... I don't quite know what to think of this pedal... I've been reading reviews, and some people say that it's more of an overdrive or fuzz box, and others are saying that it's a heavy distortion pedal... I won't know until I get it, and I'm going to get it on tuesday... I hope it's a distortion, cause I can already achieve a good overdrive or fuzz with my multi-effects pedal... but you guys are right, if I don't like it, I can turn around and sell it again.

ok, so, I just got it about 20 minutes ago... and... wow... I've already found a light blues overdrive, a fuzz, a hard rock, a scooped mids metal, and a full sounding metal sound... seriously... it's EXTREMELY versatile!!! all the knobs are pretty sensitive, making a wide range of sound. dude, get one of these. seriously.. best $40 I ever spent... well... except on my girlfriend.. but, that's different. seriously, find one on e-bay (I think there is one right now going for $30... not sure) and get one, it's amazing! review and sound clips coming soon!
