I just learned that they don't make the best of grilled ham and cheese sandwhiches. The sandwhich wasn't bad, just lacking what it could've been. Actually... as I type this I'm finding myself willing to make another one more and more. I think I may set some steaks out for dinner tomorrow. I've got some lucious slabs of meat ready for my vampiric canines to rip into them. And that's serious about my canines. People tell me that I look like a vampire. If only I lived off human blood. Would that kick ass or what? Has a thread ever managed to veer off topic in the first post? I think I might've pulled it off. Respond as you see fit. While you all ponder this, I'm going to go donate a few more profane words to Resident Evil... and make another sandwhich.

Whatever you do, don't eat limes. A friend of mine ate a lime once and BAM!! Two years later. Herpes.

I've never actually made a grilled cheese on a grill. I usually just use a frying pan. The thought never passed my mind. Wait, i've never made my grilled cheese. Thats the only way I've seen my mom do it.

Well, some of the lesser fortunate here have moved out onto their own and still have yet to buy pots and pans. If it doesn't fit in the microwave or on my george forman it doesn't get eaten.

Well, I'm 17, so I have plenty of time to learn the misfortunes of living on my own.

Misfortunes? Hell no. It's way better living on your own. If not having pots and pans is the biggest sacrifice I have to make when living alone then I've got it made. I like my mom, but I don't care to live with her any more.

I was trying to sympathize. I don't want to live with my parents by any means after I graduate high school. I'm just lazy, and I don't look forward to fending for myself. Maybe I should marry an old rich guy.

Ah, but then you're married... do you really want to live with someone else? That's pretty much why I moved out. Y'know, to avoid people.

I like people. I like money. I don't like rich people too much though (more specifically people who are born rich). Not to generalize or anything.

I'm a fan of the foreman, but they are a pain in the ass to clean. I had foreman grills all through my 5 years of college. The years I lived with roommates were especially gross, as someone would use it but not clean it afterwards. The nasty, coagulated grease would solidify and sit there for weeks. It's much easier to live by yourself if you're a neat-freak like me.

That's why I don't use mine nearly as often as I could.

Ahh, George Foreman, multiple-time heavyweight champion of the world, and entrepreuner extroadinaire. The grill is simply amazing, besides cleaning it.

And for good reason. It "knocks the fat" right out of your meal.

I used to have a Foreman, but then we got a different brand (Hamilton Beach)...same principle but the heating plates come off and go in dishwasher. And it can open completely flat for two open grills that still drain into the cup. It's much better so far, but I haven't tried grilled cheese on it.

dude, george forman grill, microwave, and toaster oven and I'm set! that's where 80% of my meals come from... then 15% of my meals come off the stove (mac and cheese, scrambled eggs, anything easy like that) and the final 5% come from my girlfriends house.

dude... she just said she was 17... they could arrest you for saying that... now... on her 18th birthday... that's a different story. now for me... I'm 15 ( sixteen in about a month) so, I could say that, but, I already have a girlfriend who I am very happy with... so... yeah... anyways... my friend's last name is foreman, and every now and then he gets calls from random people asking him if he is related to george... then he says yes, even though he's white... it's pretty funny actually.
