click here to hear a song I recorded today
yeah, I know there are some mistakes, I may go back and correct them, it's just such a pain... and yes, I know the sound quality is crap! that's what you get for playing a $140 guitar through a $200 effects pedal through a $50 amp with a $20 microphone into a $250 computer with a stock sound card...
but here is the rough draft anyway, what do you think? I call it, down to earth. cool little name, don't you think?
ok, let's see if this works!

when you say you didn't mind the wah stuff, did that mean it was a good thing or a bad thing
The tone is horrendous though, but I think you're aware of that. The amp and the mic should be the first things to be replaced.
yes, I know it was horrible, I had to use my 15w practice amp, my 100w 2x12 is at church cause I keep it there cause I play twice a week there, and don't feel like lugging the 50 lb. amp between my house and there twice a week... a new amp to use at home is something I hope to get in the next few months. as for the mic, it is really old, not meant for instruments, and I don't think it was meant for recording music at all... but it came with my old computer (that we got in '98) and I definately plan on a new mic very soon...
an other comments?
