what is this????

hello all, I was going through my documents today and saw a zip file called "guitarmg" so I opened it and inside were, what it looked like were scanned tabs. they were huge!! also whats weird is that at the bottom of the page in the right coner there is a guy looking at you, he looks like some X-man or something. any help is great...
