Do the sit-ups really help the abs show,or is body fat better exterminated through cardio(like bikes,treadmills e.c.t)?
I know doing sit-ups builds up lactic acid(the 'pain' thats meant to be ignored)like many lifting routines but does that actually aid in the reduction of body fat,or help muscle growth or both?
