brush them teeth

alright three days two hours ten minuets and thiry seven second s a go I wa brushing my teeth

and it was then and there that i realized how much guitar affects my little habits when im not playing

for example i cant brush my teeth in free :p time especially after metronome practice, I bob my head and brush back and forth in sixteenth notes

and I drum my fingers on my desk in repaeting but random patterns

for ex ample i caught myself with my left hand going 1434 1434 1434....

am i the only one like this?

Panting dogs, clicking clocks, water dripping, turn signals.. you name it..
..if it's got a beat, I havta find drum patterns that fit.
Same thing with the finger drumming.... I drive tellers and cashiers nuts cause I'm constantly tapping my fingers on the counter. :rolleyes:

I understand that man. My digitech RP300 pumps out drum tracks at tempos I choose when I'm jamming. After hearing the same damn drumbeat in my headphones for sometimes hours it's hard for my brain to shake. Especially when I'm lying in bed and I still hear the drums!! :eek: At least my sense of timing has improved. :p

I really need a metronome or drum machine... any suggestions as to which one to buy or look for?

Tons of metronomes to download for free. I'm not too sure about drum tracks, I like my RP300 which does it all. I'd like to get a GNX4 though.
