What Does This mean?

on guitar tab what do you do when you get a bend like this?

the 12th fret bend to 13th fret is standard strike 1st note and bend to second note precedure but what do you do about the 15th fret B string because you dont strike the second note on a standard bend so how is the 15th fret on the B string sounded?

Well why don't you just strike that one separately?

well maybe you are meant to just pick that note, but i asked because id prefer to actually play it the "proper" way if ther is a proper technique linked to it.

"if your going to do something, do it proply" and all that.......

i just meant that what mc9mm said might be right and that was the obvious type of thing to do, but i wondered if there was some sort of ambigious technique linked to it. But now i see there isnt so thanks for the help
