In my clean channel I've got the EQ set to: 90% in the bass, 60% in the mids, and 75% in the treble.
In my rhythm distortion channel I've got the EQ set to: 0% in the bass, 0% in the mids, 100% in the treble, and the drive is at 100%.
These are the settings on my Line 6 Vette II Amplifier. If you're using a different amplifier you'll want to adjust the setting to what works best for you.
