Limelight

Description

For Limelight I’m using an electric guitar equipped with a whammy bar and humbucker pickups set in the bridge position for the overdriven rhythms and solo. The amp tone is slightly overdriven and effected with a hint of chorus and reverb. The Chorus section is played with a clean and chorused tone, so turn off the overdrive from a foot pedal. The solo is back to an overdriven tone with echo delay added. For amp EQ, set the treble at 2 o’clock, mid at 1 o’clock, and bass at 11’o’clock. These settings should get you a good tone using whatever gear you have.
