Description

The intro sets the mood with some fingerpicked diads and a distinct melodic theme from Guitar 1. The fingerpicking approach allows you to be more expressive and dynamic with the parts. The first part of the intro outlines the chord progression, then moves up the neck for an iconic melody that’s played an octave lower than the recording (the original recording features a lap steel playing these parts).
