For Guitar 1, I’m using a Telecaster set to the bridge pickup for a bright, crisp rhythm guitar tone. For Guitar 2, I’m using a Strat style guitar with a humbucker pickup in the bridge for a thick, powerful lead tone.

As far as amps go, any Fender style tube amp is a desirable choice. Set the amp for a clean sound with a touch of grit. Set the Drive to 35%, Bass to 45%, Mid to 55%, Treble to 60%, and Presence to 60%.

For Guitar 2, kick in an overdrive pedal for some crunch and sustain.

I’m using 10-46 gage and with a heavy pick with both guitars.

Here are the settings I used:

Fender Deluxe Model:
Drive: 35% Bass: 45% Mid: 55% Treb: 60% Presence: 60%
Tube Screamer (Guitar 2):
Gain: 75% Tone: 50% Level: 65%
Spring Reverb (Guitar 1): Wet/DryMIX: 30%
Gated Reverb (Guitar 2): WetDryMIX: 40%
