I’m using a Telecaster electric guitar with the bridge pickup selected for a clear, powerful tone, but any electric guitar set to the bridge pickup can approximate this sound.

As far as amps go, any Fender style tube amp is a desirable choice. Set the amp for a slightly overdriven sound. Set the Drive to 45%, Bass to 45%, Mid to 55%, Treble to 60%, and Presence to 60%.

Guitar 1 uses a tremolo effect for a swampy sound. Add some reverb for depth.

I’m using 10-46 gage with a heavy pick to dig into these riffs and licks.

Here are the settings I used:
Fender Deluxe Model:
Drive: 45% Bass: 45% Mid: 55% Treb: 60% Presence: 60%
Tremolo:
Rate: 45% (adjust to match tempo) Depth: 50%
Spring Reverb:
WetDryMIX: 35%
