For Guitars 1 and 2, I'm using a Les Paul electric guitar, but any guitar with a humbucker pickup in the bridge position is a great choice. The humbucker provides power and clarity, perfect for some solid rhythm parts.

For Guitar 3, I'm using a Telecaster. This guitar provides the perfect amount of high end spank for these country/rockabilly influenced parts.

As far as amps go, any Marshall style tube amp is a desirable choice. Crank up the amp for a slight crunch sound. Set the Drive to 70%, Bass to 45%, Mid to 55%, Treble to 60%, and Presence to 65%.

Guitar 2 uses a distortion pedal for a thicker crunch sound, perfect for solid rhythm riffing. Guitar 3 uses a slap back echo to give that authentic countrified rockabilly sound! Add reverb to all guitars for depth.

I used a 10-46 string gage, with a heavy pick so I can dig into the rhythms and leads.

Here are the settings I used:
Marshall Plexi Model:
Drive: 55% Bass: 45% Mid: 55% Treb: 60% Presence: 65%
Boss Distortion (GTR 2):
Drive : 75% Tone: 55%
Spring Reverb:
WetDryMIX: 35%
