Description
The verse and chorus bring the dynamic down slightly with a sparser strumming pattern. Here we are playing the same progression, but only hitting the backbeat (2nd and 4th beat of each measure) with some staccato chord stabs. There’s also a breakdown chorus just before the organ solo that lightly arpeggiates the progression, injecting a cool low-dynamic contrast into the arrangement.
