Now it's time to play through this whole song up to speed. Since we're dealing with a limited number of notes repeating again and again it takes a lot longer than you might think to internalize all the different rhythms and phrasings. But that's the most important part, so make sure to listen to this song over and over again while you're learning it - both the original version and this performance of it. Here it goes!

I hope you've had a ton of fun learning this classic song. There are few blues songs that are more "standard" than this one; meaning you rarely go to a blues jam without someone performing their own rendition of it. The idea here is not to learn it note-for-note so you can go play it just like B.B. King - the idea is for you to walk in his shoes for a while and soak up as much of his feel, phrasing and magic as you can, so that when you eventually improvise on your own those elements come out... And the best way to get there is to really get in there and nail all the little details in his playing! Have fun with it!
