Now it's time to check out the basic chord structure of the verses as well as the rhythm guitar part that is being played in this section. The form starts on the IV-chord for 2 bars and then goes to the I-chord for 2 bars. That repeats. Then the last 4 bars are the same as in the regular 12 bar form: V " IV to turnaround. In this case the turnaround is just 2 bars of F. The rhythm guitar is using a combination of arpeggios, single bass notes and power chords for the part.
