The chord progression changes only slightly in the chorus. The first 2 chords are the same as the verses, but then we hit an open Em7 that we let ring out, and finish the progression with an open C and D chord.

Note some slight variations in the strumming approach here. You can add in some rhythmic strums while the strings are muted, in between the staccato strums of the first 2 chords. The following chords are much more open sounding, and you can add in some relaxed strums to keep things moving.
