The G Chord, Played Two Ways.
In this lesson we'll look at two different common ways of fingering the G chord.
Each of these fingerings has its advantages depending on its context.
Some folks find one or the other of these two options to be much easier than the other.
If that is the case for you, stick to your favorite fingering for now
and work the other one in later on down the line.
The next several lessons will look at chord changes involving the G chord
in each of its two formations.
Choose the ones that are most appropriate to your preference and skill level
and skip the others until you are ready to take them on.
