Description

No matter what your ambitions are with your music, it's important to write and create. I always believed that at the core of any musical success is a good song!

Guitar solos are only interesting as long as they are contributing to a great song. But you don't have to write full long songs with intricate lyrics and complex melodies- you can just write licks, guitar parts, instrumental songs (and perform them at the jam sessions), little fragments of ideas or anything.

It's just important to keep that channel open, because that's ultimately what gives most people the most satisfaction. If you're in the habit of creating and playing with musical ideas, it will be noticeable in your improvisation as well.

In this lesson I'm gonna show you some examples of how simple this can be.
