In this lesson we'll add a variation voicing to the D major 7 rooted on the A string. But the over chords remain the same and the overall chord progression is also the same.

This is the chord progression for this lesson.

A major 7 (1 measure) (I) F# minor 7 (1 measure) (vi) A major 7 (1 measure) (I) F# minor 7 (1 measure) (vi) D major 7 (1 measure) (IV) B minor 7 (1 measure) (ii) D major 7 (1 measure) (IV) B minor 7 (1 measure) (ii)

We'll also try the strumming variation in which we rhythmically separate the bass note from the rest of the chord.
