Former Royal Marine Commando (27 years). As most on here seem to be from US just to say I have worked alongside US Marines many times and US Rangers in northern Iraq in 1992. Fine fellows one and all.
Strummed a little bit as a kid but gave it up when I joined the military. Just about to retire (66) so now have the time and determination to learn properly this time around. Loving the course - finished the beginner part one and am enjoying the acoustic programme. The programme gives me focus and helps me to cope with the mundanity of everyday life.
