Hi, I'm Aviv from Israel, i'm 46 years old.

i've been a member of guitar tricks for 10 months now.

i first grab a guitar (electric one - Vintage Les Paul) 10 months ago

since then ive upgraded my self with Squier Classic Vibe 60 - strat style

i got roland cube 10gx but i use amplitube 5 that give me more options.

i'm not a native english speaker and sometime its hard to follow instruction (glad if there where option for subs even in english).

i started with chords, but now i find myself wanting to play more lead guitar. probably this is has to do with still having problem with the stumming stuff.

glad if you can guide me to speed exercise on the fret board.

thanks for all the knowledge you gave me.

thanks

Aviv

Hi Aviv!

Welcome!

In order to learn to play lead guitar, it is important to understand how the layout of the guitar works, as regards whay key you are in, etc.

I would suggest you work your way through Guitar Fundamentals 2, where you will learn all about those fundamentals. Then, when you go on to study how to play lead guitar, you will have a solid undertanding of WHY the notes are where they are, and how to play the notes you want to hear.

Also, in Guitar Fundamentals 1, we do a lot of strumming together - and I teach the techniques in detail.

You may find it helpful to study some of these fundamental skills and concepts - so you can get to where you really want to go!
