I owned something similar. Excellent bass. Easy to play.
Bit of a pain always replacing the 9 volt battery for the active pickups though.

I love my RBX350. I don't know how similar it might be to the RBX170, but I have a lot of Yamaha stuff, and it's all good. With any gear purchase, I recommend a 'try before you buy' policy.

Are the Behringers good amps?? or better go with a Marshall??

I'm not fond of either of those. I use Ampeg. Best wait for someone else to chime in.
