Hi everyone,

I have loose machine heads but also loose nuts where the strings go. It's a Fender Encore guitar. I am sending a picture to help. I want to know is there a tool that I can buy to get this tight again?

I tried using monkey wrench but it won't tighten. Any help would be great.

Thank you

The picture link didn't work. So, I'm just guessing you mean the nut on the top of the tuner. These:

In my experience those are always 3/8 inch or 10mm wide & can be tightened with a normal wrench that size or an adjustable wrench. I also have a tool that has that soze at the end of a screwdrive like drive. Like this but with a deeper socket.

But, if you've already tried unsuccessfully to tightened it with a wrench then the tuner post threads might be stripped & need to be replaced. You might want to take it to a local music store for repair.

Hope that helps!
