Hi, I have an issue with video sound: All the videos start autoplaying, but muted by default on my iphone (both chrome and safari browsers), which is really annoying. I cannot find any setting to control the sounds. Is there a way to fix this?[br][br]
I posted this also in the general discussion forum, but was given advice by another user to post here to better catch the attention of tech staff.
The instructions work for mac (and i guess pc as well), but the problem is how to do it on an [u]iphone[/u]. I think it's iphone ios problem and I've found 0 way of controlling it...

I did a little searching and I think I may have found a solution for your iPhone. Give this a shot and let us know if it fixes the issue.
You can turn off auto play, which removes the default ‘mute’.
Go to Settings > Photos and turn off ‘Auto-Play Videos and Live Photos’.

Unfortunately, that setting doesn't apply it for browser videos, I think it applies only for videos in the "Camera" app or somewhere else. But thanks for the effort anyhow.
